You have to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you do not deserve to eat. then you have to drink alot of water. and look at a picture of luke gentry naked and then stick your finger in your fat ass throat... ( oh yeah fat ass's ..,. you have to eat... but i mean there is no need to tell you that because right now you probablly have an extra large pizza in your possesion.... god die.... we all need to eat... SET the pizza down and go fingre your throat and waste that 20 bucks you just stuffed your face with.... GROSS
